Discover the traditional methods of cheesemaking using raw local dairy in a hands-on, wine-in-hand kitchen gathering around the hearth using hand-milked local milk from happy Jersey cows and Nubian goats. A seasonal offering which mimics our farm seasons and cycles. Chèvre, Farmhouse Cheddar, Mozzarella, Feta, Triple Pepper Hack, Beer Washed Curd, Artisan Butter are just a few fan favourites!
