Farm Camp Info
Cost
Ashfield Farm Adventure Camp costs $100.00 per child for Monday and Tuesday. The daily rate is $50.00 per child. We do not offer extended care for this program.
Animal experiences
We will be interacting with animals all throughout the day including dogs, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits cats and more. We would love to make sure your child has the best possible experience with us, please let us know of any allergies and their comfort level with interacting with animals.
Registration age ranges
Children aged between 6 and 12 are welcome to attend the March Break Camp
Clothing
We highly recommend that children attending camp bring a change of clothing, especially socks. Lots of layers of warm clothes including a full warm snow suit, two sets of gloves or mittens, warm winter boots and a neck warmer are a necessity and typical fashion for farm camp in spring. Farms have lots of mud and dirt! Please send your child in clothes that you do not mind getting wet or ruined. Splash pants and rubber boots are recommended on warmer rainy days. Always be prepared for the weather!
Who is running the program?
Our Camp is run by volunteers with years of experience working with children. We often have a variety of educators and teachers on our staff team. Joanna is a registered Early Childhood Educator; Sarah and Debs are both elementary school teachers. Farm volunteers and previous camp staff will also be running the daily adventures on our farm!
